About This Course

MTech Full Form is Master of Technology. MTech duration is 2 years. It deals with existing technologies and creates new paths for research and development. This degree is offered in 4 different categories as Regular or Full Time, Sponsored, Part-time and project staff. MTech courses are best available in IITs in India. The IIT Bombay MTech course fee is INR 1,26,800 and fees for IIT Delhi MTech are INR 1,06,200. MTech in Data Science and MTech in Computer Science is the most popular MTech courses.
MTech eligibility requires a student to complete their graduation in a relevant field such as BTech, or BSc with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university. For MTech Admission, students have to appear for national-level and university-level entrance exams such as GATE, OJEE, UPSEE and TANCET. GATE is the most important Entrance Exam for MTech. GATE is organized by IISc Bangalore and 7 IITs. On an average 9 Lakh students apply for GATE exam and 16-18% are able to clear it. GATE Exam 2023 will take place on February 4, 5, 11 and 12, 2023 and the admit card will be relesaed on January 9, 2023.
